About Us

The Proudman Group is an organization development firm comprised of a network of facilitators who design and deliver customized experience-based learning programs. We customize our services to address specific client needs. We can help you create a meeting climate that creatively taps people's full potentials, opens them up to new possibilities and leaves them energized and renewed. Our goal is to add value for our clients using state of the art adult education tools and facilitation methods for small or large groups (8-500). Our specialty is hand made customized learning experiences for full impact.

President: Stephen C. Proudman
Stephen C. Proudman Steve brings over 20 years experience to the organizational development field. He is an experiential workshop designer, a dynamic facilitator, coach and consultant as well as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee's Executive MBA Program. His consulting work combines his outdoor adventure background with the disciplines of interpersonal and group dynamics, team and leadership development, and human impacts of organizational change. His work is highly creative and engaging.

In the late 80's Steve founded and directed the Chicago Outward Bound Center. From 1990 to 2000 he worked with the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago in designing and delivering leadership retreats for all first year MBA's. His work involves the human element in ways that combine the head and heart in a participative process focused on real results. His facilitation style is relaxed, open, humorous and inviting.

Steve received his B.S. in Community Development from Penn State University and his M.S. in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He is a member of the Association of International Facilitators, the Organization Development Network and Meeting Professionals International.
